Hershey Brownies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup Hershey's cocoa
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup boiling water( measured accurately)
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/3 cup unsifted flour
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1.Stir cocoa and baking soda in mixing bowl, Blend in 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Add boiling water, stir till mixture thickens. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Stir into smooth.Add Flour, vanilla and salt. Blend completely.
2.Pour into a lighlty greased 13"x9" pan.Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes, Cool , cut into squares. Dust with powdered sugar if desired
