• 1/3 cup almond meal (ground almonds)
• 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk
• 3/4 cup + 1 tablespoon (162g) caster sugar
• 1/4 cup (60m) clear apple juice
