Ingredients
- 1-1 1/4 # veal or chop suey meat
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 C celery, chopped
- 3 C hot water
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cans Chicken with Rice Soup
- 1 1/2 C rice (uncooked) or 3 C instant rice

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat for chop suey. Brown meat with onions and celery. Add soups, hot water and rice. Season to taste. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 2 hours if using regular rice and for 1 hour if using instant rice.
