Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 2-8 oz pkg cream cheese {room temperature}
• 1-8 oz can crushed pineapple {drained}
• 2 cups chopped pecans {save 1-cup for outside of ball}
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion{chopped fine}

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Let get firm then roll i pecans.
