  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • FROSTING
  • 4 TBL butter
  • 1 box 10X sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 12 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple (drain well)
