Blueberry Sauce

This is a "syrup" consistency. To thicken to more of a sauce, add more cornstarch

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (more to thicken)
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a 2qt saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; gradually stir in water. Add blueberries and salt; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 min, stirring occasionally. Serve warm or cold over French toast, pancakes or waffles.
