Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup Riesling wine
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of white pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 4 ounces grated Emmenthaler cheese
- 4 ounces grated Gruyere cheese
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Dash of Kirsch

Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice the garlic clove in half and rub along the inside of the fondue pot. Add wine and seasoning to fondue pot and bring to a simmer.
2. Toss cheeses with flour, then stir into the wine mixture.
3. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat, stirring constantly.
4. Stir in Kirsch and serve with warm
cubed bread.
