2 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tblsp melted butter
1 cup flour
1/2 teasp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk ingredients together.
Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Spray mini muffin tins or popover pan.
Fill to the tops.
Bake @425 degrees for 20 minutes.
