- 1 . 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 . 1/2 cup light cream
- 3 . 2 cups potatoes, diced & cooked
- 4 . 2 cups ham, diced & cooked

Step 1
1. In a medium saucepan, heat the cheese & cream, stirring constatly, until the cheese is melted & the sauce is creamy. Remove from heat.
2. Stir in the p[otatoes & ham.
3. Pour into a baking dish. Cover & back in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
