Step 1
1. break the stem off the pumplkin
2. cut a 5 inch hole the the upper part of the meat all the way through the pumpkin.
3. place on a cookie sheet, wit 3 tablespoons of water on the sheet.
4. bake at 350 for 2 hours. untill a fork stabes through, tender like a potato. skin if the pumpkin will be tough.
5. when cooled, cut in half, scoop out seeds and throw away.
6. pumpkin will scoop right out of the skin. measure out 2 cups place in a zip lock baggie and freeze for future use. or use right away for your favorite pie or bar recipe
