Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- garlic and seasoned salt to taste
- 1/2 pkg egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- Italian seasoning and basil to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook hamburger and season with garlic and seasoned salt. Start water in a pot to boil the noodles. Grease a casserole dish, set aside. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. When hamburger is done, drain off fat and add Italian seasoning. Cook noodles as directed on package, drain when done.
3. Return noodles to pot and add 1/2 stick butter, salt and basil and stir well. Mix soup and milk in a medium bowl.
4. Put 1/2 noodles is casserole dish and cover with 1/2 soup mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 hamburger on top. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 30 mins. Top with cheese and allow to melt.
