Zesty Spice Rub

Here's a zesty dry rub that works well with chicken, turkey and other meats. This rub is great to keep on hand to zip up everyday dishes. I sprinkle it over
freshly steamed veggies too.

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup chili powder
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon cayenne
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
• 1 teaspoon granulated onion
• 1 teaspoon powdered mustard
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon celery salt

In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, and mix well. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
