Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed, cut into 2-inch lengths
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp crushed, dried thyme
- Low-fat dip, optional

Preparation
Step 1
Place green beans on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle on oil, salt, pepper and thyme. Roast in preheated 425 F oven 30 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or until green beans are well browned, but not burned.
Arrange green beans on serving platter. Serve with a low-fat dip, if desired.
