Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Cups Wheat
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 large box Vanilla Instant Pudiing
- 1 large can Crushed Pineapple plus juice
- 1 L Cool Whip

Step 1
Soak Wheat overnight. Cook for 2 hours until grain pops open. Combine wheat, cream cheese, lemon juice, pudding and pineapple. Cool. Before serving, fold in Cool Whip. Freezes nicely.
