- 1 cup coffee
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp. organic cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 packet of stevia
- cinnamon to taste

Step 1
Brew coffee and heat almond milk in a small sauce pan. Slowly pour almond milk into the coffee followed by the cocoa and mint extract. Add a little stevia if you like it sweeter.
You can sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
