Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough...either regular or sweet dough, if you can find it.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 small cook and serve vanilla ppudding mix.
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- chopped pecans.

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw the two loaves of frozen bread dough, but do not let it raise. Takes about 4 to 5 hours to thaw.
Once thawed, tear off pieces and form into balls.
Try to make each the same size.
spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray
.
Cover bottom with chopped pecans.
Layer the thawed dough over the chopped pecans.
set aside.
Mean while,
melt butter w/ brown sugar, add the milk, dry vanilla pudding mix and cinnamon. Stir until smooth.
Pour butter mixture evenly over the dough balls.
do this the night before...cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until morning.
Next morning:
set pan out to bring it to room temperature.
heat oven to 350 and bake for 30 minutes
If top starts getting too brown, cover with foil. and continue baking until done.
