Ingredients
- 1 banana, well mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup Perfect Fit
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup real maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup strong, cooled coffee or 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
Mix all wet ingredients and banana together and set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl and slowly combine into the wet ingredients, making sure to incorporate fully before adding more. Mix carefully.
Spray a bread pan with fat free non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into the pan and drizzle with maple syrup. Place pan in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with perfect fit.
