Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey breast OR if you can't find that buy 1 1/2 pounds turkey breast, de-boned, trimmed of most of the skin and cut into thin strips
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon or less cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint

Instructions
If you're using the whole turkey breast and not ground turkey, in a food processor, blend meat until ground.
Add all remaining ingredients to meat and pulse a few times until well blended. Lightly grease your hands then form meat into meatballs that are longer and more oval in shape than regular meatballs.Gently slide meatballs onto skewers.
Drizzle the formed meatballs with oil and slide a skewer through them. Gently lift onto a hot grill and grill for 6–8 minutes a side.
If you do not have a grill, pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place meatballs (without skewers) onto an non-greased baking sheet, and cook for 25-35 minutes, or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
