12 Eggs Boiled
1 Stalk of Celery
3 Bell Peppers
3 Onions Large
2 Packs of Saltine Crackers
2 Raw Eggs
1 whole chicken boiled and DE-boned. (Do not throw stock away)
1 Large Pan of Corn Bread
Sage to taste

Step 1

Cut up celery, onion, and bell pepper and place in chicken stock and boil till tender. Shred chicken. Crush Crackers. Place all ingredients into pan. Pour chicken broth into pan until soggy. cook on 350 for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
