Leftover Thanksgiving Pocket Poppers

    pkg wonton wrappers

  • Pam cooking spray

  • ¼

    c. egg beaters

  • 1

    c. leftover turkey breast, minced

  • ½

    c leftover cranberry sauce

  • ¾

    c. leftover mashed potatoes

  • ¾

    c. leftover stuffing

  • Turkey gravey optional for dipping


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay the wrappers out on a table. Spray the tops lightly with Pam. Mix turkey, cranberry sauce, potatoes, and stuffing together in a bowl. Place 1 rounded tsp. of filling on one side of each wonton wrapper. Fold over the other side of wrapper and pinch together the edges, sealing with fork prongs. Lightly spray with Pam. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 or 20 min. or until golden brown. Serve with hot gravy for dipping if desired.
