Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Grated zest of one lemon
- 2 TB fresh lemon juice
- 4 cornichons, chopped fine
- 2 TB capers, chopped fine
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small red onion, chopped fine
- 3 TB parsley, chopped fine
- salt & pepper
- dash of cayenne pepper
- optional: packet of Truvia

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill until cold, about 1 hour.
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
