Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Grated zest of one lemon
  • 2 TB fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cornichons, chopped fine
  • 2 TB capers, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small red onion, chopped fine
  • 3 TB parsley, chopped fine
  • salt & pepper
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • optional: packet of Truvia

Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill until cold, about 1 hour.

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
