Ingredients
- 2 lbs small new potatoes, halved
- 4 Tbs melted butter
- 4 tsp fresh rosemary, crushed (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 Tbs fresh chives

Step 1
In greased 9x13 foil pan, arrange raw potatoes. Stir butter, rosemary, and chili powder together. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat. Cover pan and place on grill over med heat. Grill for 25 min. Add chives, cover and continue to grill 5-10 minutes more until potatoes are tender. Season w/ salt and pepper. Can add garlic or other herbs, etc. Serves 6
