Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. pkg. of mixed frozen veggies.
  • 1 C. onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 8 0z. jar Cheese whiz
  • 1 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard.

Preparation

Step 1

Cook frozen Vegetables as per package insturctions.
set aside.

Saute together:

1/4 cup butter
1 cup onions, chopped fine

Blend in:
1/2 cup flour1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cup milk.
Blend in gradually and heat to boiling. Stirring constantly.

Reduce heat and add:
2 cups chicken broth
1 8 oz. cheese whiz
1 12/ tsp. yellow mustard.
Simmer and stir until creamy. Add veggies , heat and serve.
