Baked Bacon & Cheddar Corn 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 bag family size frozen corn, defrosted (mine is 9oz)
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices of crumbled bacon, cooked (or 1/2 cup of real bacon bites)
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a baking dish combine corn, cheese, bacon, and milk. Place dish in cold oven and heat to 400 degrees F. When oven reaches temperature pull out and stir vigorously to make sauce (if the cheese isn't melted enough to make sauce then return to oven and recheck in 2-3 mins and stir again). Once sauce is made return to oven for an additional 5 mins or until heat thur out. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
