- 3 lbs. Ricotta
- 6 Eggs
- 1 1/2 c Sugar
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Qt. Milk
- 1/2 c Flour

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400. Grease and flour 15-inch Pyrex dish. Mix ricotta and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Then add a little milk and a little flour alternately until all mixed.
Pour ingredients into the greased and floured pan. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes and then lower to 350 for 1 hour.
