Preparation

Step 1

For cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Add cake mix to bowl. Add eggs, oil, and stout beer to bowl. (do not add water as box directs, we've substituted water for beer).

Mix on medium for 2 to 3 minutes until most or all lumps are gone.

Place liners in pans.

Scoop 1/4 cup batter into each liner so that each cup is 1/2 - 2/3 full.

Bake 12-17 minutes or until done.

For frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter on medium-high for 3-4 minutes until all lumps are gone. Add Irish cream and powdered sugar in two batches mixing after until just combined. Taste and add more Irish cream and/or powdered sugar to taste.

Frost cupcakes, top with sprinkles and share and enjoy!
