Alfredo Sauce

Can use on pizza: dough, alfredo, spinach, grape tomatoes, chicken then mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

• 2 T butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 T flour
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in skillet
Add garlic and pepper flakes; whisk a bit
Add flour and whisk to heat up
Add heavy cream
Add parmesan
Stir on medium heat until it thickens
S & P to taste
