Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen Green Giant carrots
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- Juice of 1 orange and grated rind
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. honey

Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots 5 minutes longer than package directions and drain. Place in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole; pour butter over carrots. Sprinkle with sugar; add rest of ingredients. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Baste and turn often.
