Ingredients

  • Enough potatoes for 6, pealed, cubed and boiled until tender
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 2-4 T. chopped green onion
  • 1 T. butter
  • Paprika
  • ●Mash potatoes. Add cream cheese. Stir in onion.
  • ●Spoon into a one-quart baking dish.
  • ●Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
