Ingredients
- Tomato Sauce:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1-8 oz. box elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Extra sauce if desired
- 1 large onion simmer in water and chicken bouillon
- Add 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 2 (12 oz. cans) tomato paste plus 3 cans water
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1-1/2 teaspoons oregano, marjoram, basil and one beef bouillon
- 1 tablespoon sugar, garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Step 1
Tomato Sauce:
Mix and cook 1-2 hours.
Brown first three ingredients and drain, add next four ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Spray casserole with Pam, put half macaroni in dish, put half meat mixture on top, add extra sauce if desired, put 1 cup cheese, repeat layers with no cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Put 1 cup cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts (5 minutes).
