Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley, washed and chopped
- 3 or 4 sprigs mint, chopped
- 3 large tomatoes
- Salt rather heavily
- Green onion, bunch tops, chopped
- Fresh ground pepper
- Juice of two lemons
- Cucumber, chopped
- Lettuce, chopped
- 1 T olive oil

Step 1
Serve with lamb chops:
Trim fat but save
Put on hot grill
Throw trimmed fat to heat til flaming
Put lamb chops in flames
Cook 4 minutes/side
