Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 head Cauliflower
• 2 tblsp Butter
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 1 lg jar Cheez Whiz

Preparation

Step 1

Remove stem & leaves from cauliflower& wash

Place in a large pot and cover with water & a lid, bring to a boil

Turn heat down and simmer until cauliflower is tender

Drain, remove cauliflower from pot & set aside in a large bowl

In sauce pan combine butter, milk and Cheez Whiz until creamy (whisk together)

Pour hot cheese sauce over cauliflower and serve warm
