Ingredients

1 can tuna
2 tbls mayonnaise
2 tblsp minced purple onion
2 tblsp sweet pickle relish
2 slices bread
2 slices cheese
1 ripe tomato (sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat broiler

Combine tuna, mayo, relish & onion, mix well.

Place bread on small baking sheet

Spread each slice with heaping amount of tuna.

Place slices of tomato on top of tuna

Place cheese on top of tomato

Cook under broiler until cheese melts.

Serve hot
