Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 3 tblsp all-purpose flour
• 1 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
• 2 med-lg eggs
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 teasp ground nutmeg
• 1/8 teasp salt
• 1/2 cup butter
• 3/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour & sugar.

Add potatoes, eggs, corn syrup, nutmeg, salt, butter & milk; beat well.

Pour into pastry shell.

Bake @350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
