Ingredients

  • 1 slab skirt steak
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tblsp meat tenderizer
  • 2 bell peppers (sliced)
  • 2 onions (sliced)
  • Guacamole & sour cream
  • Salsa & shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Slice skirt steak, but not all the way thru.

Mix the remaining ingredients & marinade the steak for at least 6 hours, covered in the refrigerator.

Remove steak from marinade & cook on grill like a steak.

Slice thin strips.

Serve with flour tortillas, sauted onions & bell peppers, guacamole & sour cream
