Ingredients

  • 1 pkg corn tortillas
  • 1 lb hamburger meat (browned & drained)
  • 1 head lettuce (shredded)
  • 3 large tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 med-lg Onion (peeled & finely chopped)
  • 1 pkg shredded blended Mexican cheeses
  • 1 sml can sliced black olives (drained)
  • 1 jar salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Heat skillet with frying oil to med-high heat.

Fry corn tortillas just until softened; quickly place into large muffin tins to cool.

Fill with favorite Mexican salad fillings
