Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 1 lg egg
  • 1 lg cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 3 lg eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 can pumpkin (or any kind of pie filling)
  • 1 teasp cinnamon
  • 1 teasp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients together & press into the bottom of a sprayed pie dish.

Cream together cream cheese & pumpkin, add eggs & vanilla, beat well, add remaining ingredients & beat well.

Bake 40-50 minutes or until browned. Do not over bake, center should still be gooey.

Serve with whip cream.
