Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Easy, elegant and delightful addition to brunch. Great as a gift.

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 box of Betty Crocker Butter Recipe Yellow Super Moist Cake Mix
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1 8 oz sour cream
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. butter
• Filling:
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 3 Tbs. brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Add all and mix well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

Spray a bundt pan and put half of mixture into pan. Mix cinnamon and butter and sprinkle generously over the mixture in bundt pan. Then, pour in remaining batter. Sprinkle lightly the top of cake.

Bake 350 for 55 min.
*you can add 1/2 cups chopped pecans to cinnamon & brown sugar, if you wish.
