Easy Sausage & Egg Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury Ready-to-Bake Pie Crust, softened as directed
  • 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean Regular Flavor Pork Sausage roll
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Cook sausage in skillet over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently; drain.

Place pie crust in a 9-inch glass pie plate as directed on pkg.

Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper in a large bowl until blended. Stir in sausage; pour filling into pie crust.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until edge of filling is golden brown and knife inserted near center comes our clean.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
