Ingredients
- 6 med-lg boneless chicken breast or thighs
- 2 cups cornbread dressing (cooked)
- 1 lg Praters Giblet Gravy (thawed)
- 2-3 cups chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken pieces 1 at a time between 2 sheets of Saran Wrap. Using a wooden malet, pound out chicken until thin.
Place a good helping of dressing onto the pounded chicken.
Roll up chicken & secure with a toothpick.
Place chicken in a electric skillet on 350 degrees with just enough oil to brown.
Once browned on all sides, add gravy & enough chicken broth to make it "loose".
Baste chicken with gravy & cover with lid to cook chicken completely, 30-45 minutes..
Baste during cooking once in a while.
