- 1 pkg of 4 Tenterized Round Steak
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- Oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
Place eggs in a bowl or pie plate & beat slightly with milk.
Place flour in another bowl or pie plate.
Pre-heat oil to medium-high temperature
Dip meat in flour, then dip in egg, then back in flour.
Place in hot oil.
After all four are in hot oil, lower heat to medium and cover.
Turn after browned, to brown other side.
Drain on paper towel, salt.
Make gravy from pan drippings
