Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup oil
• 2 tblsp butter
• 2 lbs New York Strip Steak (sliced thinly)
• 1 med-lg onion (minced)
• 1 can beef broth
• 1 can sliced mushrooms
• 1 can cream of mushroom Soup
• 1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tblsp Ketchup
• 1 small carton sour cream
• 1 lg pkg wide egg noodles, cooked, drained and kept warm

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil & butter in lg skillet.

Add meat & onion. Cook until browned.

Stir in broth, mushrooms, soup, Worchestshire sauce & ketchup.

Stir well & cook until everything is well heated.

Remove from heat & add sour cream. stir well.

Serve over cooked noodles.
