Ingredients

  • 24 mini muffin foil or paper cups
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 3 8 oz pkgs Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 lg eggs
  • 2 teasp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter together.

Press equal portions onto the bottoms of 24 lightly sprayed or paper lined mini muffin tins,

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

Gradually beat in Eagle Brand until smooth.

Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.

Spoon equal amounts of mixture into prepared cups.

Bake 20 minutes or until cakes spring back when lightly touched.

Cool, garnish as desired with any flavor pie filling, chocolate or caramel.
