Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teasp salt
- 1 teasp baking soda
- 2 med-lg banana's (smashed)
- 2 med-lg eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teasp vanilla
- 1/3 cup+ 1 tblsp buttermilk
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients (first 4) together. in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix remain wet ingredients together.
Combine both together in large bowl.
Pour into a greased loaf pan & bake @325 degrees for 1 hour & 15 minutes or until done.
