Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 lb Hamburger meat
- 1 lb Italian Seasoned Sausage
- 2 teasp Garlic salt
- 1 lg Onion (chopped)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tblsps Italian Seasoning
- 1 lg can Tomato Juice
- 1 pkg dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 sml can Tomato Paste
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 Tblsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tblsp Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with your hands to be sure to incorporate sausage & hamburger well together
Form bite size balls.
Place on Pam sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
While meatballs are cooking place all sauce ingredients in a medium sauce pan and whisk together. Bring to a boil & cook on medium heat 10 minutes.
Serve meatballs covered in sauce or on the side.
