Ingredients

  • 2 bags Microwave popcorn (popped)
  • 2 cups Nuts (cashews, peanuts or pecans or a mixture of all 3)
  • 1 1/3 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 teasp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Light corn syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly spray a large baking sheet with Pam and set aside.

Pop microwave popcorn & pour into a large bowl with nuts. Set aside.

Mix sugar, butter, vanilla & corn syrup in medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil, whisking constantly for 10-15 minutes.

Pour hot mixture over popcorn and nut mix.

Mix well.

Spread quickly onto sprayed baking sheet.

Let set until cooled. Approximately 30 minutes
