Ingredients
- 2 bags Microwave popcorn (popped)
- 2 cups Nuts (cashews, peanuts or pecans or a mixture of all 3)
- 1 1/3 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 teasp Vanilla
- 1/2 cup Light corn syrup

Step 1
Lightly spray a large baking sheet with Pam and set aside.
Pop microwave popcorn & pour into a large bowl with nuts. Set aside.
Mix sugar, butter, vanilla & corn syrup in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil, whisking constantly for 10-15 minutes.
Pour hot mixture over popcorn and nut mix.
Mix well.
Spread quickly onto sprayed baking sheet.
Let set until cooled. Approximately 30 minutes
