Ingredients

2 1/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas (2-3)

Preparation

Step 1

Stir flour, sugar, baking powder, soda & salt into bowl.
Add shortening, eggs, vanilla & bananas. Beat well & drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 min, remove from pan immediately.
