Ingredients

  • 4 lg potatoes (washed & baked)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 tblsp butter
  • 3 tblsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup green onion (finely chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Half baked potatoes lengthwise.

Scoop out potato & place in a bowl leaving the peel intact.

Using mixer mash potato, butter, salt & milk/sour cream.

Spoon back into potato skins & place on a cookie sheet.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake @350 degrees until cheese has melted.

Top with green onions & bacon bits.
