Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 pkgsCorn bread mix (prepared, cooked & crumbled into bowl)
- 8 slices White bread (dry bread is fine)(cut or crumbled into small pieces)
- 1 stalk Celery (chopped)
- 2 large Onions (chopped)
- 6 large Eggs (hard boiled and chopped)
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 5 cups (or more) Turkey broth or Chicken Stock
- Rubbed Sage and salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Have your turkey broth or chicken stock heating over medium heat on the stove.
Combine first 6 ingredients into your large bowl.
Add about 6 tblsp of sage & salt.
Pour broth over mixture a little at a time until mixture is moist but not juicy.
Mix well, taste for sage & salt, add more if needed
After it taste the way you want it to, pour mixture into a large sprayed baking pan. I use a 10'X16".
Only fill about 3/4 full.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm
