Ingredients
- 1 can biscuits
- 1 can fruit pie filling (any flavor)
- Flour
- Oil for deep frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oil med-high heat
Place biscuit on a flat surface lightly dusted on both sides with flour. Dust rolling pin with flour.
Roll out each biscuit to approximately 6" round.
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of pie filling into each round.
Fold over biscuit in half and crimp edges with a fork to securely close.
Gently place biscuits in pre-heated oil, turn to brown both sides
Remove to a plate covered with a paper towel to drain
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Serve warm or cold
